You will learn how to shine your light like the sun – instead of absorbing energy like the Earth. This is a process you can use daily and that will help you experience more light, ease, peace, and joy in your life. If you practice this regularly, you will find that you feel much more energised and that you naturally attract more positivity. Clearing Practice You will be introduced to a simple yet powerful practice to clear your energy field. This will help you feel more clear and light, and it is a great way to stay present and connected with yourself. You will want to do this practice daily because it feels so good. Conscious Creation You will learn the essential steps for consciously setting your intention focused on what you want to create in your life, and then aligning your energy with your intention. You can continue to use these steps and apply them to any area of your life. Knowing these principles will help you create a life for yourself that you truly love and enjoy.
