MINDFULNESS
I see mindfulness as a way of life. Living mindful can improve the quality of our lives immensely.
We can practice mindfulness meditation, and we can remind ourselves each moment to become mindful. Then we can see things more clearly: as they really are. Without the noise and the disturbance.
Mindfulness is about being present and aware in the here and now. The more we can do that, the more we can observe ourselves. When we can see own behaviours and thoughts, it becomes more easy to transform and make the changes that we want in our lives.
